A family of second-generation female entrepreneurs. Leaders speak to finding confidence in the workplace. Nearly a thousand ‘Women Who Inspire’ kudos cards delivered.

This Women’s History Month, Inspire’s Champions of Women Leaders business resource group (BRG) celebrated and empowered the contributions of women in the workplace. “This isn’t just about who came before. It’s about who we are today and the future we’re building together,” says Inspire’s Director of Enterprise Risk & Internal Audit and BRG Co-Lead Emily Schroll.

To champion one another, a different BRG member was featured every day in March to share the unique career journeys available at Inspire and encourage company-wide networking. Several panels – including Inspire leadership, brand franchisees, and BRG co-leads – were offered in our Atlanta and Boston support centers to drive conversation around shaking off imposter syndrome and taking bold career steps forward.

March was also a time to recognize Inspire’s involvement in the Women’s Foodservice Forum (WFF), including the annual leadership conference where team members attended networking opportunities, educational sessions, and professional development workshops alongside 2025 WFF Chair and Inspire Chief People Officer Kate Jaspon.

“Women in the Restaurant Industry is just good business,” said Kate, delivering on the conference’s theme: Bold & Limitless. “More than 60 percent of American women have worked in a restaurant, and women make more than 90% of household food decisions.”

To wrap up the month, team members across Inspire had the opportunity to write ‘Women Who Inspire’ kudos cards to celebrate their coworkers. Hundreds of physical cards were distributed across our support centers, with many more shared digitally online.
