Calling all coffee lovers! In case you missed it, Dunkin’ recently announced that the brand is going bold on cold with the launch of Sweet Cold Foam for Cold Brew. Dunkin’ guests now have a silky, smooth new way to enjoy their go-to brew with the brand’s Cold Brew with Sweet Cold Foam and Chocolate Stout Flavored Cold Brew with Sweet Cold Foam. To learn more about Dunkin’s new Sweet Cold Foam, Dunkin’s Cold Brew experts gave the inside scoop!

First, you may be wondering, “what exactly is Sweet Cold Foam?” Well, it’s a velvety, creamy foam topping created especially for Dunkin’s deliciously bold Cold Brew. “It has a sweet, vanilla-forward flavor that perfectly complements the rich chocolate notes of our Cold Brew, adding even more flavor, texture, and richness to every sip,” said Kassi Lugo, Associate Research & Development Technologist at Dunkin’.

Dunkin’ Cold Brew is an ultra-smooth, full-bodied coffee, which is made by steeping 100% Arabica beans in cold water for 12 hours to slowly extract all the flavor. “We mastered the perfect blend of Sweet Cold Foam into the Cold Brew so guests can experience a bold and creamy finish with every sip,” said Caitlin Dwyer, Commercialization Specialist at Dunkin’. 

According to Anet Czyzewski, Brand Marketing Manager, “We anticipate the more classic Cold Brew with Sweet Cold Foam will be a new staple for bold coffee lovers, while our limited-time-only Chocolate Stout Cold Brew with Sweet Cold Foam will be a go-to for those looking for an especially unique, fun, and elevated flavor profile.” The Chocolate Stout Cold Brew with Sweet Cold Foam beautifully combines the chocolate notes of Dunkin’s Cold Brew with malty molasses flavor, topped with Sweet Cold Foam to give guests the feel of drinking a rich stout, then finished with hot chocolate powder for even more chocolatey goodness.  

So, what inspired Dunkin’ to introduce Sweet Cold Foam to the menu? According to Olivia Vaughn, Associate Research & Development Technologist at Dunkin’, “We’re starting to explore more layered drinks that offer unique, textural experiences for our guests, and think Sweet Cold Foam unlocks an exciting opportunity for continued innovation in the Cold Brew category.”
