Each fall at Dunkin’, cooler weather kicks off a new menu complete with pumpkin beverage and bakery items. But for one franchisee in Southern New Hampshire, pumpkin is coming to guests in a whole new way.
Meet Adam Quinn, the second-generation Dunkin’ franchisee behind Quinn Management. His parents opened their first Dunkin’ nearly 30 years ago, and he’s grown up in the brand ever since. “I was a toddler when my parents bought into their first restaurant,” recalls Adam. “I always knew I wanted to join the family business, and I graduated as a Finance major from Boston College to do just that.”
Today, Quinn Management owns and operates 17 locations, including a Dunkin’ just down the street from Pumpkin Hill Lane in Warner, New Hampshire. “At Dunkin’, you can’t help but associate fall with pumpkin. In fact, the medium hot latte with one pump of Pumpkin Swirl is my ultimate afternoon pick-me-up!” says Adam. “So when Inspire approached me about turning our Dunkin’ into Pumpkin’, there was no way I was turning it down. I immediately applied for a sign variance, and the rest is history.”

For Michelle McDonough, Inspire’s director of Field Marketing, and Sarah Schlesinger, associate manager of Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC), Adam’s Dunkin’ was the perfect spot to help guests experience their favorite fall flavor in a whole new way.
Once Dunkin’ announced the return of pumpkin, Adam’s Dunkin’ transformed to Pumpkin’ – literally. With a Dunkin’-orange and pink sign on the outside and an explosion of pumpkin-flavored menu items inside, the Warner Dunkin’ makes it clear that fall is here.
“This was a labor of love for the Dunkin’ team with a mission to sound the alarm that pumpkin is back,” says Michelle. “It’s the perfect place to go Pumpkin’, located right in the heart of leaf-peeping country in the Northeast.”
And Michelle and Sarah aren’t done yet – New Hampshire guests should keep an eye out for Adam’s upcoming Pumpkin’ Patch, a customer appreciation event in late September.
For Adam, bringing Pumpkin’ to life is just another innovative way he’s adding to his family’s legacy. “I take comfort in the knowledge that I’m working hard for three generations of my family: my parents, me and my wife, and our sons.”
