Jenn Bonugli is a Dunkin’ business consultant supporting nine franchisees operating 150 restaurants across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont. A lifelong New England resident, Jenn’s Dunkin’ roots are firmly planted in Boston’s North Shore, where she began her Dunkin’ career as a team member at 16 years old.

“I worked at Dunkin’ all throughout high school and college,” says Jenn. “When I graduated with my bachelor’s degree in 2000, I thought I’d find a job in STEM.” However, a conversation with her district manager sparked a change in her career trajectory. “Leadership recognized my strengths and saw that I consistently built great relationships with people. I received encouragement to consider a career with Dunkin’ that would let me build on my network and utilize my strong interpersonal skills.”

Nearly thirty years later, Jenn is still with Dunkin’. “Looking back, it was life-changing advice.”

Jenn’s worn many hats during her time at Dunkin’. From trainer to operations manager, she’s worked in roles focused on cultivating a positive culture and leading by example. No matter the position, Jenn lives by an important principle: “Don’t ask someone to do something you wouldn’t do yourself.”

Now as a franchise business consultant, Jenn is an advocate for the franchisees and team members operating Dunkin’ locations. One of the team members she impacted, Louis Silva, says that her positive leadership changed his life and credits her with his success as an entrepreneur. “She showed me what was possible and how to be a great leader. Jenn helped me become who I am today.”
