This season, a record number of families are dealing with hardships, specifically around providing food and necessities for themselves and their children. To support the communities where Inspire’s team members live and work, the Inspire Brands Foundation hosted a variety of give-back drives at the Atlanta, Oklahoma City and Champaign, Illinois, support centers.
In Atlanta and Champaign, team members supported a variety of causes, including collecting food for Solidarity Sandy Springs, a local food bank that was started in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the Eastern Illinois Food Bank. Additionally, these offices assembled fleece blankets for MUST Ministries and Project Linus.
Across all support centers, team members assembled personal care kit stockings for children and families facing homelessness.
“Homelessness is one of the top issues facing our communities. These stocking kits provided by Inspire Brands employees will be great gifts for our families and the children we serve!” Megan Roberts VandeBogert, executive director of Hope Thru Soap
These drives are just one way Inspire team members continue to support change for good by living Inspire’s Good Citizens value. Earlier in the year, team members across the country donated more than 10,000 hours of volunteer time to hundreds of local causes as part of Good Citizens Month.
The Inspire Brands Foundation exists to ignite and nourish change for good. Across the country, the Inspire Brands Foundation does business as the Arby’s Foundation, the Buffalo Wild Wings Foundation, SONIC Foundation and the Jimmy John’s Foundation, respectively. In 2020, the Inspire Brands Foundation donated more than $8 million to youth-related causes in the U.S. The Inspire Brands Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.
