This June, our Inspire Pride business resource group (BRG) brought team members together to celebrate pride all month long through special events and activations across our Atlanta, Boston, and Champaign Support Centers. From colorful candy bars to the Boston Pride Parade, here’s how we showed up with pride across our communities.
Boston Pride Parade
Team members sported brand swag to represent Inspire in the Boston Pride Parade on June 14, joining more than one million attendees at Massachusetts’ largest annual LGBTQIA+ event. With a route beginning in Copley Square, rain didn’t stop this parade as they marched around the city before joining the Pride Festival in Boston Common.
“This is our second time participating,” says Dunkin’ Field Training Director and Inspire Pride BRG Co-Lead Matthew Tenore. “Offering our team members inspiring and meaningful experiences like this is my favorite part of Pride Month. It’s a joy to celebrate with one another.”
Pride Run ATL & Walk 5K

Atlanta team members joined the annual Pride Run ATL & Walk 5K on June 1 to race together as Team Inspire. Founded in 1991 as the first LGBTQIA+ run in the Southeast, the Pride Run raises funds each year to support HIV/AIDS services in Atlanta.
“At Inspire, we always say you don’t have to be to belong,” says Inspire Counsel of Marketing & IP and Inspire Pride BRG Co-Lead Kathryn Rand. “We don’t care if you’re running, walking, or cheering us on – it’s all about making an impact together.”
Support Center Celebrations
Throughout the month of June, our Inspire Pride BRG kept team members engaged with activations across our support centers. The Atlanta Global Support Center surprised team members with ‘sprinkled with pride’ Dunkin’ donuts, colorful candy bars, and a bracelet-making station. In Boston, team members enjoyed a sweets bar, an Inspire Pride happy hour, and a BRG Pride Night takeover. Champaign hosted a Pride Happy Hour to foster connection and allyship.
“Pride Month is a great time to grow community, but you don’t have to wait until June,” says Inspire Enterprise Communications Associate Manager and Inspire Pride BRG Communications Committee Lead Hayes White. “Visibility and representation matters. Encouraging a sense of belonging and acceptance creates an environment where everyone can thrive.”
