Guests can sample Sweet Topped Lemonades, try exclusive flavor mashups and score limited-edition merch at SONIC’s fan experience
SONIC, the presenting sponsor for X Games® Salt Lake City 2025, is bringing flavor-packed refreshments and interactive fun with an onsite activation that features craveable drinks, spicy snacks, and exclusive giveaways for an immersive, action-packed experience.
The SONIC® Skate-In, located on-site at the Utah State Fairpark and Event Center, invites guests to cool off and recharge with the recently launched Sweet Topped Lemonades. These drinks combine tart, all-natural lemonade with velvety smooth cold foam on top for a craveable twist in three flavors: Classic Lemonade, Strawberry Lemonade, and Blue Raspberry Lemonade.
Guests can also try the Xtreme Sweet Topped Lemonade — an X Games exclusive of Strawberry Jalapeño Lemonade topped with Tajín® Cold Foam for a sweet-meets-heat experience. Sonic will also offer Xtreme Tots featuring Sriracha BBQ Tots served with Ranch.
In true SONIC style, the SONIC Skate-In brings more than just bites and sips. Guests can snag limited-edition swag, including custom airbrushed gear, sunglasses, friendship bracelets, and more.
Reflecting the SONIC brand’s energy and fun spirit, Kevin Peraza, Tyler Bereman, and Perris Benegas are joining the brand as athlete partners for this year’s X Games.
“When I got my first debit card as a kid, the first place I wanted to use it was the SONIC by my house, so seeing them at X Games now just brings it full circle,” said BMX rider and five-time X Games medalist Kevin Peraza.
“Nothing hits the spot like a SONIC Slush after a long day of riding. Having SONIC back as an X Games sponsor makes that post-ride stop even sweeter,” said BMX rider and X Games silver medalist Perris Benegas.

The SONIC Skate-In will be open June 27 – June 29 during the X Games at the Utah State Fairpark and Event Center.
