New loyalty program gives guests more ways to earn, redeem and come back for their favorites

Diners are used to getting less everywhere they look: smaller portions, fewer perks and less value. Arby’s is changing that with the launch of Loaded Rewards™, a new loyalty program built to go bigger. Because if a sandwich can be loaded, a rewards program should be too.

With points on every purchase, double points for double meats and large-size rewards, Loaded Rewards is designed to make every visit more rewarding while leaning into Arby’s unique menu items. Existing Rewards members were automatically upgraded on Aug. 24, 2026, and new members can join anytime through the Arby’s app or Arbys.com.

Here’s what guests can expect with Loaded Rewards:

• More to Start: Free sandwich with a $5 spend on a first order, plus 2x points on a second order, exclusively for new member sign-ups
• More to Earn: 10 points for every $1 spent, plus 2x points on Double Roast Beef or Double Beef ‘n Cheddar sandwiches
• More to Redeem: Rewards categories start at 300 points for fan favorites like a Large Fry, Large Potato Cakes or a Large Fountain Drink
• More Reasons to Come Back: Each month, members can receive new personalized offers and future loyalty perks including BOGOs, bonus points, size upgrades or free delivery

To spread the word, Arby’s teamed up with reality TV star Angie Katsanevas for a new campaign that puts a playful spin on modern relationships, proving that while some relationships may disappoint, Loaded Rewards always delivers.

In the campaign’s hero spot, Angie catches up with a friend over an Arby’s meal and reflects on the ups and downs of relationships before revealing the one that’s never let her down: Arby’s.

As the conversation unfolds, Angie shares the perks of Loaded Rewards, from welcome offers and points on every purchase to personalized deals, before signing up herself and declaring it “one contract I don’t need a lawyer for.”

What is the new Arby’s Loaded Rewards program?

Arby’s Loaded Rewards™ is a new loyalty program that lets guests earn points on every order and unlock rewards and offers along the way.

How does Arby’s Loaded Rewards work?

Guests earn 10 points for every $1 spent on eligible Arby’s purchases. To earn points in-store or at the drive-thru, members just need to share their 6-digit code from the Arby’s app before paying. For app, online and delivery orders, points are added automatically when members are signed in.

I’m already a Rewards member, what happened to my account?

Existing Rewards members were automatically upgraded on Aug. 24, 2026. New members who join on or after that date will be enrolled in Loaded Rewards and start earning points right away.

How do I join Arby’s Loaded Rewards?

Download the Arby’s app from your phone’s app store and create an account or create an account at arbys.com. You’ll receive a welcome offer for creating an account.

How do I redeem rewards or offers?

• Log in to the app or arbys.com and go to Rewards  
• Select your rewards or offer  
• Tap Redeem and choose In-Store or Online 
• Online/App/Delivery: Add qualifying items to your cart and check out 
• In-store/Drive-Thru: Go to My Code. Share your 6-digit code with the team member (valid for 15 minutes) 

I forgot to give my 6-digit code in store. How do I get points?

Download the Arby’s app and sign in to your Loaded Rewards account. Then, go to Rewards, select History, and tap Missing Points. From there, scan the QR code on your receipt or enter your receipt details manually, then submit your request and Arby’s will add the points from your purchase to your account.

Can I get my points back after redeeming a reward?

Yes. If you no longer want to use a redeemed reward, you can refund it and have the points returned to your account.
