Arby’s Introduces the Italian Beef Dip: A Bold New Way to Enjoy Its Iconic Roast Beef

Celebrating Chicago flavor with a signature Arby’s twist, including a digital spot with Whitney Leavitt and a Pop-Up in New York

Arby’s, known for its meats, is tapping into one of today’s hottest flavor trends with the launch of the Italian Beef Dip, a craveable new sandwich that brings bold, layered flavor to its signature slow-roasted beef. Inspired by the flavors of Chicago’s famous Italian Beef, Arby’s Italian Beef Dip delivers a fresh, indulgent way for guests nationwide to enjoy the roast beef they love.

The Italian Beef Dip is built layer by layer for maximum flavor. Arby’s signature roast beef is slow roasted in-house for four hours until tender and juicy, topped with melted Swiss cheese for a rich, indulgent bite. Crisp, pickled Vienna Giardiniera, made from a medley of vegetables, spicy peppers, and bold herbs, provides the zesty, tangy kick that makes this a truly Chicago-style sandwich. A side of savory au jus brings it all together for the ultimate dip-worthy experience.

To celebrate this new menu item, Arby’s teamed with Whitney Leavitt. In the spot, the sandwich’s bold flavor and Chicago roots serve as inspiration as she prepares for her new role. You can view the full video here.

“Partnering with Arby’s has become such a fun and unexpected way to get me feeling at home in NYC and to prepare for my upcoming stage debut,” said Whitney Leavitt. “With Arby’s now bringing the Italian Beef to their menus across the country, I’m able to get into the right mindset here and fully immerse myself in Chicago’s culture and spirit. Plus, it made for a delicious pause from rehearsals.”
