After being stuck at home for much of the past year and resorting to virtual hangouts, friends and families are finally getting back to enjoying some of their favorite pastimes in person. To celebrate fans returning to Buffalo Wild Wings, America’s largest sports bar brand is launching a new weekly trivia night with a summer series grand prize of $50,000 and a trip to Las Vegas.
Every Wednesday night, Buffalo Wild Wings nationwide will host Blazin’ Trivia, with more than just bragging rights on the line. Teams will compete each week – not only against teams in their respective sports bar – but also against teams playing live in sports bars across the country. The game will unfold on the TV screens in the sports bar, and players can play along on their own devices in the Buffalo Wild Wings app or at play.buffalowildwings.com.
While participants will earn 10 Blazin’ Rewards points just for playing, every individual sports bar winning team will win six free boneless wings for each member of their team. The team with the most points in each state will get 1,000 Blazin’ Rewards points for each team member. And the team with the most points in the entire country will earn 5,000 Blazin’ Rewards points for each team member.
The points will add up throughout the summer and the team that accrues the most trivia points between June 2 and August 25*, will earn the summer Blazin’ Trivia Wednesday Team Night grand prize of $50,000 and a trip for their entire team to Las Vegas.
