Inspire Brands is proud to announce Chief Financial Officer Kate Jaspon has been named as Women’s Foodservice Forum (WFF) Chair-Elect on the Executive Committee of the 2024 Board of Directors. Kate has been a member of the organization for nearly 20 years.

“I’m so proud to be a part of this organization,” says Kate. “Women’s Foodservice Forum creates space for the many talented women in our industry to build a successful career. It’s long been a passion of mine to help foster opportunities across our industry and find the women who will lead the next generation.”

As a member of the WFF Board, Kate will work alongside other influential leaders to grow opportunities that accelerate the advancement of women, ensuring a robust talent pool and competitive advantage across all segments of the foodservice industry.

“Kate’s leadership and passion have been instrumental to WFF’s growth,” says Therese Gearhart, CEO and President of Women’s Foodservice Forum. “Her work has helped countless women find a path to sustainable success, and we are excited about all that she will accomplish in this role.”

Established in 1989, WFF started as a roundtable discussion that grew out of a need for honest and open conversations around gender equality in the foodservice industry. Today, WFF’s Board of Directors are committed to advancing more than 9,000 members alongside 70 partner organizations. To learn more about Women’s Foodservice Forum, visit wff.org.
