At Inspire Brands, the Commercial Services team plays an integral role in how our guests recognize and interact with our brands across three key areas: demand generation, digital guest experience, and insights and analytics.

In other words, the Commercial Services team is responsible for driving traffic to our brands through paid media and loyalty memberships, ensuring our digital guest experience – like online ordering – is top tier, and evaluating business performance.

The Demand Generation team is responsible for growing our guest base and deepening our relationships to increase traffic at our restaurants.

The Demand Generation function plans to develop and execute an operating model that ensures the right content is delivered to our guests…at the right time… and through the right channel. By reshaping our capabilities, the team plans to increase Inspire’s guest base and at the same time, strengthen the brands’ relationships with our guests.

Rapidly growing, the Commercial Services team, led by Navin Sharma, recently welcomed a new addition – Travis Freeman, SVP of Demand Generation. In this role, Travis will be responsible for overseeing Inspire’s paid media and owned channel teams. By prioritizing a digital-first mindset, Travis will also be building an internal team to execute Inspire’s digital and biddable media.

“I’m beyond excited to join an organization that is literally flipping the mold on its head,” Travis shared. “I’ve always admired the storytelling culture of the restaurant category but assumed most restaurant brands were quite a few years behind tech when it came to paid and owned media. But, in speaking with leadership at Inspire before joining and seeing it in person since I’ve been here, it’s clear that Inspire is not only innovating at a scale faster than competitors but also in the tech space where I’m coming from.”

Travis brings a wealth of expertise to the Inspire Brands media engine, most recently serving as the Global Head of Media at Uber. His leadership experience with media planning and buying will catalyze the next phase of Inspire’s technology and innovation journey.

Travis will work closely with his brand CMO peers and join a team of leaders with decades of experience, including Ben Halliwell, VP of Customer Personalization; Brian Pruitt, VP of Media Strategy & Planning; and Keith Lusby, VP of Dunkin’ Connections & Media. Together they will target personalized content across all engagement channels to drive traffic and grow long-term brand equity.

“I’m really looking forward to the opportunity to partner with a world-class Demand Generation team and help build across a multi-brand organization,” said Travis. “It’s an opportunity I couldn’t say no to.”

Building out the Demand Generation won’t happen overnight, but over the next several months, Travis will look to fill several open roles, including:

As the Commercial Services team continues to evolve, one thing remains constant: the team prioritizes a winning culture and organization, providing best-in-class products and services to our guests, and encourages new ways of thinking and innovation to build a competitive advantage.
