For a limited time, banana is popping up across the Dunkin’® menu — from espresso drinks to Refreshers and even matcha.

The inspiration started with familiar flavors people already love. While banana remains a staple in classic desserts like banana pudding, banana bread, and bananas foster – our culinary team wanted to bring that comforting flavor to the beverage lineup. That creamy sweetness sparked Dunkin’s newest additions, Banana Syrup and velvety Banana Cold Foam, both made to bring banana notes into a smooth, drinkable form. 

For our culinary team, getting the banana flavor correct was key. The Banana Cold Foam was crafted to taste like a spoonful of classic banana pudding – light, creamy, and softly sweet with hints of vanilla and custard. Paired with Banana Syrup, which helps the flavor shine through bold espresso and coffee, the result is a smooth sip with rich, ripe banana flavor.

Banana’s versatility also led to some unexpected pairings across the menu, creating drinks that bring a delicious twist to familiar favorites.

If you’re looking for a sweet, dessert-inspired drink, the Monkey Business Cloud Latte delivers just that. Made with espresso and whole milk combined with buttery pecan flavor and topped with fluffy Banana Cold Foam, this drink brings a rich banana pudding-inspired flavor to every sip. 

For a lighter sip, the Banana Daydream Refreshers combine Strawberry Dragonfruit, Mango Pineapple, or Berry Acai Refreshers with Banana Cold Foam, creating a smoothie-like treat that tastes refreshing yet creamy. 

For the matcha fans, we have banana for that too. The Bananarama Matcha pairs the earthy notes of matcha with Banana Syrup for a smooth, unexpectedly balanced drink that brings a bright matcha flavor with a touch of creamy sweetness. 

Banana’s rich flavor profile also shines in other beverages across the lineup – from the Chocolate Covered Banana Iced Coffee to the Banana Protein Latte, Banana Crème Iced Coffee, and Nutty Banana Cloud Dunkalatte – each bringing a slightly different spin to the flavor.
