On October 12, Inspire began operating Young Achievers Academy at its Atlanta Support Center. Teaming up with Right At School, the nation’s leader in year-round student enrichment, Inspire is providing free, socially-distanced remote learning and school enrichment for Atlanta Support Center team member children, ages 5-12.

“We know that our parent-team members are feeling more pressure than ever before as they balance supporting their kids attending school virtually with managing their professional workload. With that in mind, Inspire saw an opportunity to explore a number of new programs that offer enrichment, support, and some much-needed flexibility,” said Paul Brown, Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Inspire Brands.

Right At School facilitates focused online learning, helping children of Inspire team members complete their homework, while providing plenty of meaningful games, arts & crafts, fitness activities and fun. Children are grouped into age-appropriate pods and their learning is aligned to support the objectives of individual school districts.

Young Achievers Academy offers flexibility for parent-team members, who may sign up for as little as one day a week at a time or through the remainder of the year. Team members choose the 3.5 or 7-hour periods on the days their family needs, and if space is available, they can even register with as little as 24-hour notice.

Safety is Right At School’s top priority and they have teamed with Inspire to help ensure guidelines from the state and CDC are properly followed by providing wellness checks, incorporating proper hygiene practices and practicing physical distancing while limiting staff-to-student ratios.

With an eye toward expanding this innovative benefit, Young Achievers Academy is scheduled to launch at Inspire’s Oklahoma City Support Center soon, administered by Matchless Learning, a provider of private tutoring for students of all ages in the Oklahoma City area. To support field-based Support Center team members, those in the Minneapolis Support Center and those who work in our restaurants, Inspire is working to negotiate discounted and subsidized rates for students through various educational partners including the YMCA.
