Inspire Welcomes Jenna Bromberg as Arby’s Chief Marketing Officer

Inspire Brands today announced the appointment of Jenna Bromberg as Arby’s Chief Marketing Officer, effective November 2.

Bromberg is an accomplished marketing leader with deep experience across the restaurant, retail, and hospitality industries. Most recently, she served as Chief Marketing Officer at Papa Johns, where she led marketing, product, and commercial strategy for the North America business. Her previous leadership experience includes senior marketing roles at Yum! Brands, Carter’s, and Hilton, providing broad expertise across brand strategy, creative development, digital marketing, loyalty, consumer insights, and product innovation.

“Jenna brings a powerful blend of creative brand-building and commercial leadership,” said David Graves, Arby’s Brand President. “She has a strong track record of driving growth, building meaningful consumer connections, and developing culturally relevant marketing that delivers results. We’re excited to welcome Jenna to Arby’s and look forward to the impact she’ll have as we continue building momentum for the brand.”

Bromberg will lead all marketing efforts, focused on accelerating top-line profitability through innovation and value, expanding guest engagement, and bringing the Arby’s brand to life through distinctive culinary storytelling and highly personalized digital experiences.

“I’m thrilled to join Arby’s, a truly iconic brand with a rich heritage, a distinctive voice, and an incredibly loyal fan base,” said Bromberg. “Arby’s has never been afraid to stand out, and that’s what makes this opportunity so exciting. I look forward to working with the talented teams at Inspire and across the brand to build on that momentum and unlock new opportunities for growth.”

In addition to welcoming Bromberg, Inspire announced that Jeff Baker will transition into the role of Arby’s Vice President, Category Management and Culinary Innovation.
