At Inspire, our business resource groups (BRGs) are passionate about building a culture of belonging that celebrates and supports our team members, and that’s especially true throughout the holiday season.

Here are just a few ways our BRG members are showing up this December.

Team member volunteers wrap BRG adopted family gifts at the Champaign Support Center

In Champaign, Illinois, two Inspire BRGs teamed up to give back by adopting a family in need. The Champions of Women Leaders BRG worked with nonprofit partner The Salvation Army to identify a family of seven in need, providing toys, clothes, and gift cards. Inspire Pride collaborated with nonprofit partner Uniting Pride Center of Champaign County to support a family of four, donating personal items, toys, and gift cards.

Inspired Vets pack military Dunkin’ coffee and care packages

The Inspired Vets BRG sent comforts of home to deployed and stationed military members spending the holiday season overseas. Nearly 600 pounds of Dunkin’ coffee were delivered to different service branches and bases, along with care packages filled with branded Dunkin’ mugs and Hot Chocolate Bombs. Each of these shipments included handwritten notes of thanks from Inspire team members.

To celebrate the season, our Black Voices @ Inspire and ¡Inspirate! BRGs collaborated to host a Cultural Holiday Celebration, featuring festive decorations inspired by their Christmas and Kwanza traditions. Complete with a DJ and dance floor, team members joined together to share and learn about the various holidays taking place throughout the winter months. Attendees also donated gifts to support the toy drive for Atlanta Children’s Healthcare-Hughes Spalding Hospital, arranged by the NFL Players Association.

Inspire Foundation nonprofit partner College Aim hosted its annual Trivia Night this month to raise funds that will support Greater Atlanta high school students as they pursue a college education. Black Voices @ Inspire and Emerging Leaders BRGs created teams to help raise more than $10,000.
