Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15 through October 15) is a time to celebrate the histories, cultures, and contributions of those with Latin heritage. At Inspire, we’re recognizing our Hispanic team members and the impact they make every day.

After accepting a role with Inspire in 2022, Tiffany Williams, a Human Resources (HR) Business Partner in Houston, Texas, made joining the company’s ¡Inspirate! business resource group (BRG) an immediate priority. “I joined the BRG almost as soon as I accepted the job offer,” laughs Tiffany. “We all have special gifts. I think it’s best to utilize them in a way that lifts up others, and joining the BRG has given me the chance to do that across a very wide span.”

Today, Tiffany leads the BRG as Co-Chair, and also oversees as a Professional Development Programming Lead as ¡Inspiráte! recruits new members and creates programming across the company. “I am beyond excited about the growth trajectory for our group. Being a part of ¡Inspirate! is so fun, and I encourage my colleagues to join in now!”

Tiffany’s sentiments about her BRG involvement are reflected in her broader career journey. “My path before Inspire wasn’t linear, but change has always been exciting to me,” says Tiffany. With experience in sales, operations, real estate, and HR, Tiffany is clearly unafraid of jumping into new territory with both feet. “So far it’s been an amazing ride, and I’m excited about where I’m headed. The journey is as fun as the destination.”

At Inspire, she enjoys the culture that encourages her to get involved in her passions. “There are so many ways to serve our organization,” she says. “I love being a part of that big picture evolution.”
