At Inspire, our six brands come together as one team working toward a common purpose. Igniting and nourishing flavorful experiences is not just about defining tastes and trends, but also helping shape how our communities come together. That’s why we’re committed to fostering a winning culture and organization with Good Citizens who elevate each other and the communities we serve.

Pam Gore is a core leader of Black Voices @ Inspire, a business resource group (BRG) committed to diversity at all levels of the company. She joined the BRG in 2021 but has been a builder of inclusive company culture for much longer.

“I’ve worked with Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins for 13 years as the senior manager of Franchise Recruitment and previously served as co-chair of Dunkin’s EMBRACE, a multicultural resource group,” says Pam. “After Inspire acquired Dunkin’, I joined the Black Voices BRG as one of the core leads.”

One of her favorite moments with Black Voices @ Inspire was creating a virtual event with New England Patriots players Jason and Devin McCourty. “I was able to secure the McCourty Twins to speak about Black History Month to all Inspire team members, which was very well received,” says Pam. “We also created a video showcasing team members and franchisees celebrating what Black History excellence means to them.”

In addition to new engagement opportunities, working with Inspire’s brands has brought new opportunities for Pam – and new foods. “I worked for two brands centered on coffee, donuts, and ice cream for more than ten years. Now, I get to learn, market, and recruit for four other brands,” says Pam. “Baskin-Robbins’ Jamoca ice cream will always be a favorite, but I also love a good SONIC Cherry Limeade Slush. It has to have that lime and cherry, or it won’t be right!”

For Pam, one of the best parts of leading the Black Voices BRG is the chance to meet new people across Inspire. “Getting to network with colleagues who are in many different states, and being educated on the different cultures we have throughout the company is truly exciting,” says Pam.
