Inspired by the tastes of summer, Rusty Taco is introducing its new limited-time, seasonal menu items: the Surf n Turf taco, Street Corn and the Watermelon Mango Margarita.

The Surf n Turf taco mixes the taste of fresh, smoked brisket right off the grill and crispy, fried shrimp, topped with BBQ sauce, pico de gallo and a lime wedge on a corn tortilla.

Rusty Taco’s take on the classic Mexican side item, Street Corn, includes fresh corn topped with chile powder, cilantro, cotija cheese and a special street corn sauce.

Rounding out the meal is the flavorful Watermelon Mango Margarita, which mixes the sweet, summer flavors of watermelon and mango, with the tangy, spicy tajin salt rim, garnished with a lime wedge.

These three new menu items will be available through September 1.
