Long associated as the iconic cookie often enjoyed on flights, Biscoff® now takes center stage in a lineup of indulgent desserts designed to turn everyday occasions into something worth savoring. Headlined by the brand-new flavor, Biscoff® Crème Brûlée Ice Cream, the collection transforms the beloved taste of Biscoff® cookies into a lineup of elevated desserts to take autumn vibes up a notch all season long.

Now, Baskin-Robbins is capturing the same sense of indulgent escape with a collection that tastes like arriving at a cozy European café, one spoonful at a time. Inspired by the rich flavors of crème brûlée and the unmistakable taste of Biscoff cookies, the collection offers a delicious escape that feels both comforting and elevated.

The limited-time collection includes:

• Biscoff® Crème Brûlée Ice Cream: French Custard Ice Cream with Biscoff® Cookie Pieces and Caramelized Sugar Flavored Swirls.
• Biscoff® Cookie Signature Shake: A smooth blend of Biscoff® Crème Brûlée Ice Cream, milk and simple syrup, served in a Biscoff® Cookie Butter lined cup and topped with whipped cream, more Biscoff® Cookie Butter and finished with a Biscoff® cookie garnish.
• Biscoff® Cookie Layered Sundae: Three scoops of Biscoff® Crème Brûlée Ice Cream, layered with Biscoff® Cookie Butter topping and chopped Biscoff® cookies, finished with whipped cream, an extra drizzle of Biscoff® Cookie Butter and a Biscoff® cookie.
• Biscoff® Cookie Cake in a Box: Layers of white cake, chopped Biscoff® cookie pieces, Biscoff® Crème Brûlée Ice Cream, whipped frosting and Biscoff® Cookie Butter topping, all packed into a convenient re-closeable box for easy sharing.
