To celebrate National Chicken Wing Day today, Buffalo Wild Wings is offering a free order of traditional or boneless snack-sized wings with the purchase of a small, medium or large order.

In addition to the nationwide offer, Buffalo Wild Wings Executive Chef Jamie Carawan is here to help fans make their very own buffalo wings. Jamie’s favorite way to cook wings at home is by roasting them in the oven. To start, Jamie tossed them in a quarter cup of extra virgin olive oil, added salt and pepper to taste and cooked them at 375 degrees for 25 minutes on each side. From there, fans can toss their wings in one of Jamie’s three classic sauce recipes made from ordinary items found in their pantry.

Buffalo:

8 ounces of your favorite hot sauce
¼ cup melted butter
Garnish with blue cheese, serve with a side of blue cheese and/or ranch dressing

Spicy BBQ:

1 tablespoon honey
Juice from half a lime
