Buffalo Wild Wings has spent much of the past year perfecting its menu by introducing the craveable All-American Cheeseburger, mouthwatering hand-breaded chicken platform and the bigger, juicier and tastier boneless wings. Those efforts led to Buffalo Wild Wings winning the Nation’s Restaurant News MenuMasters Award for Best Menu Revamp.

As the sports bar continues its menu evolution into 2020, Buffalo Wild Wings is introducing the Smoked Brisket Burger, Dirty Dubs Tots, Brisket Tacos and Smoked Brisket Sandwich as the first new product platform of the year.

The process for Dave Woolley, Director of Culinary Innovation for Buffalo Wild Wings, and his team began last August when they identified Sadlers as the perfect partner to bring 14-hour smoked brisket to sports bars across the country.

“Sadlers offers the highest-quality brisket in the industry,” said Woolley. “At Inspire, Arby’s and Rusty Taco already have an established relationship with Sadlers, so that is really encouraging as we move forward with their authentic, hardwood-smoked brisket.”

The Smoked Brisket Burger features a perfect combination of the fan-favorite fresh, never frozen All-American Cheeseburger, double-stacked with American cheese, savory smoked brisket, honey bbq sauce, pickle chips and an all-new smoky Adobo sauce. The Dirty Dubs Tots include a layer of crispy Tots covered in brisket, onions, cotija cheese, green onions, pickled jalapenos, Fresno peppers, queso, honey bbq sauce and Adobo sauce.

Brisket Tacos feature a layer of brisket topped with onions, pico de gallo, cotija cheese, avocado slices and Adobo sauce loaded into warm flour tortillas. The Smoked Brisket Sandwich rounds out the platform with brisket and onions drizzled in honey bbq and adobo sauce, piled high atop a bed of Napa slaw, cilantro vinaigrette and pickle chips.

The new Adobo sauce can also be ordered as one of the wing sauce flavors at Buffalo Wild Wings beginning today.

“We love the authenticity and the flavor profile of the Adobo sauce, with Mexican-style smoky notes and hints of chipotle, onion, garlic and cumin,” said Woolley.

In addition to the brisket platform, Buffalo Wild Wings is introducing three new items to the menu: the Everything Pretzel Knots served with Beer Cheese, the “Make it Wild” Hatch Queso (which adds Blazin’ sauce to the queso) and the Avocado Bacon Burger.
