A culture of recognition is central to the great work being done by individuals and teams throughout Inspire and its brands. That’s why Inspire used Team Member Appreciation Day to celebrate the outstanding efforts across the organization, and followed it up with an entire Week of Appreciation.

Kicked off by CEO and Co-founder of Inspire, Paul Brown, the Week of Appreciation was celebrated internally, using digital recognition cards on Inspire’s intranet and on personal LinkedIn pages.

The Week of Appreciation was shared at every level of Inspire, including in-restaurant teams, field leadership and at the corporate level. Each day, members of Inspire’s Executive Team also shared recognition, highlighting the teams and individuals who in their own way have done tremendous work to support the business while embodying the culture of OneInspire.
