Inspire’s 2023 Summer Intern Program kicks off this month, welcoming 68 interns from 42 different schools across 16 states and six countries to the Atlanta, Boston, and Champaign Support Centers. As Inspire’s largest internship class to date, students will participate in a host of new intern-exclusive events, including behind-the-scenes tours, product testing, leadership Q&As, and more.

“We’re always excited to welcome the next class of interns into our support centers,” says Damian Hanft, Vice President of Inspire’s Talent Experience. “Our culture is so collaborative that it creates an excellent environment for learning – not just for our interns to learn from us, but for us to learn from our interns.”

For Kaushik Kallam, an Applied Cognition & Neuroscience major at The University of Texas, this internship is a chance to work in the career field he’s studying toward. “I’m really excited to lean into more quantitative research while using my qualitative background to support the team,” he says. Kaushik will be doing work across our brands on the Inspire Commercial team.

Interns like Ashlyn Bobb Collins will have the chance to focus on one of Inspire’s specific brands. As a Digital Filmmaking & Visual Communications major at Loyola University New Orleans, Ashlyn joins Jimmy John’s social media team this summer. “My dream job is to create a Marketing brand with in-house creatives,” she says. “I’m most excited to gain real experience this summer.”
