Since Rusty Taco opened its doors in 2010, the brand’s food has always been inspired by fresh, authentic Mexican cuisine. That’s why as part of the limited-time fall menu, Rusty Taco is offering its own take on a classic Mexican dish: Carne Adovada Tacos.
The Carne Adovada Taco features slow-smoked red chile pork, topped with potatoes, onion, cilantro and cheddar cheese, served on a warm corn tortilla. The Carne Adovada Taco can also be enjoyed during breakfast, with the ingredients added onto a base of scrambled eggs and served on a warm flour tortilla.
The seasonal menu also includes the Prickly Pear Margarita, which is loaded with the delicious flavor of prickly pear cactus, a pink sugar rim and a lime wedge.
Guests can finish off their meal with a taste of fall and the crispy Cherry Dessert Taco. The Cherry Dessert Taco is deep fried, then dusted with cinnamon and sugar.
These three new menu items will be available in restaurants through November 3.
