Thanks to outstanding customer service in their respective restaurants, SONIC Drive-In and Arby’s were awarded America’s Best Customer Service 2019 ranking by Newsweek and Statista.

Rankings were identified based on results from an independent survey from more than 20,000 U.S. guests who contributed to 130,000 evaluations. Organizations were rated on five evaluation criteria — range of services, customer focus, accessibility, quality of communication and technical competence, according to Statista.
