Team Members Celebrate Inspire’s Third Anniversary with #MyInspireStory

By Raj Prashad

On the third anniversary of Inspire’s Founding Day, team members joined together in celebration to share their own, unique Inspire Story, recognizing key moments that defined their experience with Inspire.

Many of these stories began well before the foundation of Inspire, with team members often working their first jobs in our restaurants before moving into management or corporate positions. That includes team members like Katie Raber, who started working at 16 years old as an Arby’s team member before moving into her current role as a Human Resources Business Partner for the brand. Bree Boos started her journey at the age of 19 as a server at Buffalo Wild Wings before becoming a Talent Acquisition Advisor with Inspire. And Tyika Johnson-Edward worked at Arby’s as a Fast Track General Manager more than 10 years ago before moving over to Buffalo Wild Wings to become a Human Resources Business Partner.

Our team members come from all walks of life, helping spark the legendary moments in our restaurants, drive-ins and sports bars, like Greg Saul  District Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings. Some have been here from the beginning, like Josh Martin, Senior Director of Brand Engagement at Buffalo Wild Wings. Others joined mid-career, like Jason Beaulieu, Manager of Design and Engineering Innovation at Inspire.

Today is a day of celebration for all of our team members. Those who have been with their respective brands for upwards of 10 years, like Christi Woodworth at SONIC. And those who have joined within the last year like Codie Magier, on the Meetings and Events team at Inspire or Don Auer, Operations Manager at Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins.

Over the last three years, we’ve made countless memories to fill our Inspire stories. And we can’t wait to see what’s in store for 2021 and beyond.
