Award-winning chefs and culinary masters Kristen Kish, Jeremy Ford and Justin Sutherland are out to recreate and then skillfully reimagine some of the most popular fast food dishes in the new TruTV show, Fast Foodies. While hyping the show on CNET’s I’m So Obsessed podcast, host Patrick Holland discussed a wide range of topics, from general fast food takes to what fans can expect from the show.

When the topic turned to what items the chefs have fond memories of, whether it be enjoying these items as kids or finding comfort in the food, Sutherland (a former winner of Iron Chef) and Kish (a former winner of Top Chef) recalled a few Arby’s classics.

“I don’t think there’s anything better than an Arby’s Beef N’ Cheddar,” said Sutherland. “If it showed up on Fast Foodies, I’d just put it right back on the plate, because it’s perfect.”

“I’ve never personally made curly fries, but I’m with Justin here,” continued Kish. “Arby’s seasoned curly fries are everything to me. There’s no way in hell I can make that better.”
