Buffalo Wild Wings is building a bed and breakfast in a sports bar. Fans can enter for a chance to live in BnB-Dubs during the busiest college basketball weekend of the year.
The first two days of March Madness are jam packed with basketball. 32 games in 48 hours full of upsets, buzzer beaters and the opening chapters of Cinderella stories. Since people basically live at Buffalo Wild Wings watching the tourney, Buffalo Wild Wings has decided to let them – literally – live at the bar. Introducing, BnB-Dubs: A bed and breakfast built inside a Buffalo Wild Wings, where four fans will get the March Madness experience of a lifetime sleeping and waking up in B-Dubs, without missing a second of the March Madness action.
Eat, Breathe and Sleep March Madness
The one-and-only BnB-Dubs will be built inside the Chicago Buffalo Wild Wings in Lincoln Park on Clybourn Ave. Two lucky guests, plus one friend each, will win the chance to stay at the pop-up bed & breakfast, which is just steps away from a professional-grade kitchen serving up hot wings and ice-cold beverages.
BnB-Dubs is more than just the ultimate March Madness residence – there are amenities too. Next to the bunk beds with built-in flat screen TVs, guests will find the custom varsity jacket-slash-bathrobe they never knew they needed. Of course, they’ll also get matching signature slides to complete the look. And just because they will live at Buffalo Wild Wings, doesn’t mean they’ll be without the comforts of home – freshen up with one of the full-body towelettes that will be provided exclusively for BnB-Dubs guests.

What’s on the Menu?
BnB-Dubs is only big enough for four of the biggest March Madness superfans, but millions of fans will still cram into Buffalo Wild Wings’ 1,250+ locations to catch the action over the three weeks of the tournament. So, Buffalo Wild Wings is rolling out an entire brisket lineup, plus some additional craveable menu items, just in time for March Madness.
The new hand-trimmed brisket, which will be included on several of the new menu items, is pit smoked for over 14 hours. The Brisket Tacos feature a layer of brisket topped with onions, pico de gallo, cotija cheese, avocado slices and adobo sauce, wrapped in warm flour tortillas. Dirty Dubs Tots include a layer of crispy tots covered in brisket, onions, cotija cheese, green onions, pickled jalapenos, Fresno peppers, queso, honey bbq sauce and adobo sauce. The Smoked Brisket Sandwich is made with brisket and onions drizzled in honey bbq and adobo sauce, piled high atop a bed of Napa slaw, cilantro vinaigrette and pickle chips.
Additional new menu items include the Everything Pretzel Knots served with Beer Cheese, the “Make it Wild” Hatch Queso and Chicken Club Sandwich.
