This week, Inspire celebrated the grand opening of its new India location in Hyderabad. As part of Inspire’s strategy to invest in building competitive capabilities, this innovation center will collaborate globally to build capabilities in areas including data engineering, data science and analytics, Digital, eCommerce, AI, platform engineering and automation. The Hyderabad location will also feature an innovation lab, through which Inspire will work with local start-ups to develop new solutions across key business areas. “We’re excited to expand our global presence and capabilities,” says Inspire Chief Information Officer Raghu Sagi. “A leader in technology innovation and talent, India is the ideal place to expand our network to help power our 32,000 restaurants worldwide. The innovation fueled by the Hyderabad office will also help drive the growth of Inspire’s brands in India and surrounding markets, where Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Dunkin’ currently operate more than 800 restaurants. Alongside strong, growth-minded licensees, the company looks forward to continued expansion in the coming years.
