On Saturday, October 20, Arby’s will introduce yet another game meat new to the industry with the release of the Seared Duck Breast Sandwich.
Sourced from Maple Leaf Farms — a fourth-generation, family-owned company — the high-quality duck breast will be seared, cooked Sous Vide and topped with crispy onions and a smoked cherry sauce underneath a toasted bun.
The new Seared Duck Breast Sandwich will be available in just 16 restaurants, each of which are located in one of the four waterfowl “migration flyways.” These locations were chosen due to their close proximity to actual duck hunting areas.

Only a limited number of sandwiches will be available at each restaurant. The first 10 guests to order the Seared Duck Breast Sandwich will also receive an Arby’s duck hunting camouflage hat.

As part of this program, Arby’s has partnered with Ducks Unlimited to assist in their mission to conserve, restore and manage wetlands and associated habitats for North America’s waterfowl.
The Seared Duck Breast Sandwich follows previous hunting season releases such as elk and venison at Arby’s.
“I’m confident hunters and non-hunters alike are going to really enjoy this sandwich – it’s one of my all-time favorites we have done,” Jim said.
