BWW Executive Chef Discusses Pursuit of Best-in-Class Bar Food

Jamie Carawan, Vice President of Brand Menu and Culinary for Buffalo Wild Wings, recently unveiled the first updates to the sports bar’s core menu in what he called “the most ambitious innovation project that Buffalo Wild Wings has ever embarked on.” After receiving high praise for new items such as the All-American Cheeseburger and introducing classic cocktails, Jamie discussed the next phase of the menu refresh on the Nation’s Restaurant News podcast, “Extra Serving.”
